PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998

1. Introduction

The Air Energi Group is committed to preserving the privacy and confidentiality of every visitor to its website. Please read this privacy policy to understand how we use and protect the personal information that you provide to us. All references in this privacy policy: to our “Website” refer to the website at www.airenergi.com, operated by The Air Energi Group; to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Air Energi Group; and to “you” and “your” are to you, the user. 

Any personal information you provide to us is subject to the terms of this privacy policy.

This privacy policy only covers this Website. Other websites which are accessed via links within our Website are not covered by this policy. 

 

2. Who sees your personal data?

Your personal details and CV are used by our consultants to find you either contract or permanent positions. Only authorised Air Energi Group employees have access to this data.

By registering with The Air Energi Group and supplying your CV and personal details you intend your CV to be submitted to clients to secure a contract or permanent position.  If The Air Energi Group intends to send your CV to a client or third party regarding a contract, The Air Energi Group will contact you first to obtain your permission.  However if we are unable to contact you, there may be circumstances where in your best interests, a CV will be submitted to a client or third party for their consideration.

The Air Energi Group is an international organisation and as part of our services offered to you information supplied maybe shared with or transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). These countries may have differing laws to the EEA regarding data protection; however we take steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.

The Air Energi Group does not sell or pass your details to any third party who may use that in order to sell you goods or services.

 

How we store and use your data

(a) When you visit or register on our wbsite, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. We may collect additional personally identifiable information about you from e-mails or other correspondence that you send to us and we may also collect information about your usage of our website. 
(b) By registering on this website or by sending an e-mail to us, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy. 
(c) We may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text message or by e-mail to provide you from time to time with details of potential job vacancies from third parties we think may be of interest to you. You may at any time request that we stop sending you such information by emailing us. You may continue to receive such information for a short period whilst this change is being processed. 
(d) We may also contact you by post, telephone, SMS text message or by e-mail for administrative purposes and in respect of our other services and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications from us at any time by e-mailing us clearly stating within your e-mail that you wish to unsubscribe from this service. Please note that you may continue to receive mailings for a short period whilst this change is being processed.
(e) We may need to pass on your details to third parties in respect of potential job opportunities. However, we will obtain your consent before passing on your details to such third parties.
(f) Your personal information will enable us to supply to you the information that you request from time to time when accessing our wbsite. We may also use your personal information for the following purposes: 
(i) to contact you for your views on our services;
(ii) to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to our website or our services; and 
(iii) to understand the interests of users of our website. 
We will also use and analyse information collected so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our website and our services.

3. Links to Third Party Websites

(a) Offers/advertisements which are displayed on our website operated by third parties. When you click on an offer or advertisement, you will be redirected to that advertiser's website and any information that you submit in relation to that offer will be transmitted to the third party and will be subject to that party's privacy policy and terms and conditions. transferred over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

(c) If your personal information changes or you find that any of the information that we hold about you is inaccurate, please advise us of the relevant changes as soon as possible by e-mailing us clearly stating the changes that you require. We will only be able to make these changes if you give us sufficiently clear instructions.
