We have a dedicated resource responsible for all international logistical deployment matters – our Global Mobility team. Our Global Mobility team operates in-country, providing first class support services to all our contract personnel, including housing, transport, accommodation, pre-assignment screening and health and medical assistance.

Our global network is highly experienced in their own territory ensuring optimum support to our Contractors. Air Energi’s regional Teams possess local knowledge and assistance in helping Contractors familiarize themselves with the area.  We specialize in delivering excellent relationship management and support services to make assignments stress-free and seamless. Support is available 24/7 with access to our global database together with medical assistance contact details. This ensures that when an office is closed the Contractor can speak to one of our team anywhere in the world and we are able to provide assistance.

We have both the in-house expertise and retained immigration specialists in all of its regional branch offices and local alliances to provide expert assistance with visa and work permit applications worldwide.  Our experience in immigration and proven processes mean that we have been able to obtain visas and work permits for employees travelling to new locations in the minimum time possible.  Our knowledge and continual surveillance of the immigration systems of each of the countries we operate in has enabled us to deliver personnel to site, without hindrance.
